Cheesy Kangkong

Ingredients.

4o healthy leaves of kangkong
1 tsp vinegar or calamansi juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, minced
2 slices of EDEN CHEDDAR Cheese
1 tbsp canola oil
sugar
salt and pepper

Procedure.

1. Saute garlic and onion with oil.

2. Roll kang kong leaves like a cigarette and cut it into strips.
3. Sprinkle the leaves with salt and pepper, rub it until loose.

4. Add the greens on the mixture.
5. Sugar, salt and pepper

(the kangkong will shrink and release water, youll know when its cook when the color brightens)

6. Grate the cheese and sprinke it on top of the kangkong.
